How to View Server Resource Usage

Monitoring your server's resource usage helps ensure optimal performance and avoid unexpected downtime. This article covers common ways to check CPU, RAM, disk, and bandwidth usage.

Using the Control Panel

Log into your server control panel to view graphs and usage statistics for:

  • CPU usage
  • RAM usage
  • Disk space
  • Network bandwidth

Checking Usage from the Command Line

For Linux servers, use these common commands:

  • CPU and processes: top or htop
  • Memory usage: free -h
  • Disk usage: df -h

Windows Servers
