Circle City Servers supports cross-connects and peering for customers who need direct network connections within our data center.
Cross-Connects
A cross-connect is a direct physical connection between your equipment and another party in the same data center. Common types include:
- Single-mode fiber
- Multimode fiber
- Copper Ethernet
Requesting a Cross-Connect
- Open a ticket through the Support Portal.
- Provide the destination company and rack location.
- Specify the cable type and speed required.
- Our team will coordinate with the data center and the other party.
Peering
For peering requests, include your ASN, preferred exchange point, and bandwidth requirements in your support ticket.
