Access Requirements
- Access must be scheduled in advance through a support ticket.
- Authorized visitors must provide a government-issued photo ID.
- Only authorized contacts on the account may request access.
Visitor Policies
- Visitors must be escorted by data center staff at all times.
- Food and drink are not permitted in the data center.
- Photography may be restricted without prior approval.
- Appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required.
