Circle City Servers offers remote hands support to assist with physical tasks in the data center when you cannot be on-site.

What Remote Hands Covers

  • Rebooting or power cycling equipment
  • Checking cable connections
  • Reading status lights or error messages
  • Swapping hard drives or other hot-swappable components
  • Labeling cables and equipment

How to Request Remote Hands

  1. Open a ticket through the Support Portal.
  2. Describe the task in detail.
  3. Provide your cabinet or rack location.
  4. Include any necessary authorization or instructions.

Billing

Remote hands services may be billed hourly. Check your service agreement or contact support for current rates.
