If you are colocating equipment with Circle City Servers, this article explains how to ship your hardware to our data center.
Before You Ship
- Open a ticket to notify us of the incoming shipment.
- Confirm rack space, power, and network requirements.
- Obtain the shipping address and any required authorization forms.
Packaging Your Equipment
- Use original packaging when possible.
- Include adequate padding to prevent damage.
- Clearly label the box with your company name and ticket number.
- Include a packing list inside the box.
After Delivery
Once your equipment arrives, our team will unbox it, rack it, and connect it according to your instructions. We will update your ticket once the process is complete.
