After your service is provisioned, Circle City Servers sends a Welcome Email containing important information about your server or hosting account. This article explains what each section means.
What's Included
- Service Details: The product name, hostname, and billing cycle.
- Server IP Address: The primary IP address used to access your server.
- Root/Administrator Password: Initial login credentials for your server.
- Control Panel Link: URLs for SolusVM, Virtualizor, cPanel, Plesk, or other panels.
- Nameservers: DNS server information if applicable.
Important Security Note
For security reasons, we strongly recommend changing your default password after your first login. Do not share your Welcome Email or credentials with others.
Didn't Receive Your Welcome Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Verify that your account email address is correct.
- Log into the Client Area to view your service details.
- If you still cannot locate it, open a support ticket.
