If you no longer need a service, you can request cancellation through the Client Area. This article explains the process.
Requesting Cancellation
- Log into the Client Area.
- Go to Services and select the service you want to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose cancellation type:
- End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the next renewal date.
- Immediate: Service is canceled right away.
- Provide a reason for cancellation.
- Submit the request.
Important Notes
- Back up your data before canceling.
- Cancellations are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Refunds are subject to our terms of service.
