This article explains the general process for transferring a domain to or from Circle City Servers.
Transferring a Domain In
- Ensure the domain is unlocked at the current registrar.
- Obtain the EPP authorization code from your current registrar.
- Log into the Client Area.
- Go to Domains > Transfer Domains to Us.
- Enter the domain name and authorization code.
- Complete the checkout process.
- Approve the transfer email if required.
Transferring a Domain Out
- Unlock the domain in the Client Area.
- Request the EPP code.
- Provide the code to your new registrar.
- Approve the transfer request.
