You may need additional IP addresses for SSL websites, email servers, or private networks. This article explains how to request them.
Submitting a Request
- Log into the Client Area.
- Open a support ticket or navigate to the IP request form if available.
- Provide the following information:
- Server ID or main IP address
- Number of additional IPs needed
- Justification for the request
- Submit the request and wait for approval.
Important Notes
- IP addresses may require justification per regional registry policies.
- Additional IPs may incur monthly fees.
- You will be notified once the IPs are assigned and routed to your server.
